Information we collect
When you start a conversation, we collect the information you choose to provide so we can understand the process you want to improve and respond to your inquiry.
We also receive limited technical and attribution information associated with a website visit or request. This may include the page visited, referring domain, campaign parameters, browser and device signals used for security, and a temporary request-source digest used for rate limiting. We do not store a raw IP address in the lead record.
- Name, work email, company, and role.
- Industry, process description, and the main effect of the process.
- Optional frequency, volume, and tools or systems involved.
- Consent record, submission page, first landing page, referring domain, and campaign parameters when present.
How we use information
Renvor uses personal information only for the business and operational purposes described here.
- Review and qualify an inquiry about a recurring business process.
- Contact you about the request and any relevant next step.
- Record consent, prevent duplicate submissions, and maintain inquiry history.
- Protect the website and intake from automated abuse, fraud, and misuse.
- Measure privacy-minimized website activity and improve the clarity of the experience.
Service providers
Renvor uses service providers to operate the website and handle inquiries. They process information for the functions described below and under their applicable agreements and privacy terms.
- HubSpot stores inquiry and contact information as Renvor’s lead system of record.
- Resend delivers internal inquiry notifications and confirmation messages.
- Cloudflare protects and delivers website traffic, and Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates security signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile does not receive form entries from Renvor.
- PostHog US Cloud receives coarse website events and approved contextual categories. Renvor does not send form contents, email addresses, names, or company names to PostHog.
Analytics and browser storage
Renvor uses privacy-minimized analytics to understand page views and a small set of actions, such as selecting a workflow example or starting an inquiry. Events use a new event identifier, do not create a person profile, and do not include form contents.
First-touch attribution may be kept in your browser’s session storage for the current tab and included with an inquiry. Renvor does not set advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar signals to provide security and bot protection.
Retention
Renvor retains inquiry records for up to 12 months from submission unless the inquiry becomes part of an active business relationship, a shorter period is appropriate, or a longer period is required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.
Temporary security and rate-limiting signals are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention. Deletion from provider backups may follow the provider’s normal backup lifecycle.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” Renvor may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.
Security and international processing
Renvor uses reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the website should not be used to send passwords, private records, health or financial information, contracts, or confidential files.
Renvor and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws from your location.
Children, updates, and contact
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. Renvor does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the inquiry form.
Renvor may update this policy as the website or its practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For privacy questions or requests, contact Renvor LLC at [email protected].
